The Town of Benton offers water and sewer service to both inside town and outside customers. The Town of Benton service area includes  East Benton Subdivision, Belmere, River Ridge, Palmetto Park, Jamestown, Bay Hills, Vance Road, Finley Road, Woodlake South, La Mason Court, and Bay Ridge Subdivisions.

New Service deposits for home owners $75.00, renters and mobile homes $150.00, and Commercial and Churches $100.00 deposits. 

Customers who live inside town limits automatically have trash service. Service is $23.00 monthly and $10.00 for each additional can. Trash service is billed on your monthly water bill. 

An additional curbside service for inside residential is on Wednesday mornings.

Bagged Yard Clippings and Leaves

Small limbs, small branches, and cardboard.

Appliances (by appointment only)

Items we DO NOT pick up:

Regular Household Trash

Paint and or Paint Cans

Tires / Motor Oil

Trees

Construction Materials

Renter Eviction Items

Chemicals and/or Empty Chemical Containers 

Furniture

New Construction taps, meter purchases, and builder services  are available at the

Inside Residential Water Rates:

$8.75 Flat Fee + $6.89 per 1000 gallons

Inside Commercial Water Rates:

$9.00 Flat Fee + $6.89 per 1000 gallons

Outside Residential Water Rates:

$14.50 Flat Fee + $7.60 per 1000 gallons.

Outside Commercial Water Rates:

$14.75 Flat Fee + $7.60 per 1000 gallons. 

Inside Residential Sewer Rates:

$3.00 Flat Fee + $2.50 per 1000 gallons

Inside Commercial Sewer Rates:

$3.00 Flat Fee + $2.50 per 1000 gallons

Outside Residential Sewer Rates:

$7.50 Flat Fee + $4.00 per 1000 gallons.

Outside Commercial Sewer Rates:

$7.50 Flat Fee + $4.00 per 1000 gallons.
